The team has come together with single-minded focus to apply their collective experience and make a difference in the lives of middle income people in India and around the world by creating earning and educational opportunities for them. The team is bringing the power of technology and internet to change the way knowledge is exchanged. AttendByVideo is the first such venture of its types in the industry.

  Niru Mehta - CEO & Chairman, Founder

With 30 years of experience in the United States of America and India, Niru has built and nurtured very successful businesses.  As a CEO and Vice Chairman of TATA Telecom Ltd. And Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd,  Vice President of Avaya Inc., and Chairman Emeritus of Avaya India Pvt Ltd. for over 11 years, Niru played a key role in shaping the then new and emerging call center industry in India over the last decade. As a person with great vision and determination, and now as a chairman of vMukti Solutions, Niru is currently focused on reshaping the way education is delivered to India and other developing nations.  Over the last 5 years, Niru has managed to create a movement across industries in India in the area of Customer Responsiveness and built a platform for CEOs to learn from each other to deliver improved customer services.  These experiences have now led him to take on this more ambitious project of “AttendByVideo”, A Global Knowledge Marketplace, which is designed to create income opportunities for tens of thousands of people and low cost & high quality educational opportunities for millions around the world.

Niru Mehta would like to dedicate this site to his parents who have been great advocates of furthering educational opportunities for all in India.

  Sunil Gambhir:  President, Co-Founder

Sunil has over 35 years of experience in the telecom industry. Sunil worked with Philips in his early years of career. He joined Tata Telecom Ltd., as one of the core team members and helped to grow the company to be the leader in the Enterprise Solutions Industry. Tata Telecom eventually became Avaya Global Connect and Sunil continued to contribute to the exponential growth as the Chief Operating Officer until 2009. Over the years, Sunil has demonstrated strong leadership skills, incredible business acumen and a complete belief in team work. Sunil brings his strong operations experience and understanding to make a success of AttendByVideo.

  Prakash Teli: Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

As a founding team member of AttendByVideo, Prakash brings to the company a business savvy approach as well as technical leadership to help realize the vision of AttendByVideo.

At present, Prakash serves as a VP of Engineering for IbLogix, an energy efficiency start-up that aims to revolutionize how commercial buildings measure and manage energy usage. Most recently Prakash served as a Director of Advanced Applications at Quattro Wireless (acquired by Apple, Inc.) where he led development of mobile’s largest and most popular consumer web sites and iPhone applications including nfl.com, cbsnews.com, adage.com, tmz.com and patriots.com. Prior to Quattro wireless, Prakash has held key technical leadership roles in three start-ups ranging from enterprise computing, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and e-Commerce. In his early stages of career, Prakash spent 6 years in telecommunications at renowned AT&T Bell Labs before venturing on his own successful consulting business. He has always been ahead of the curve on major technological developments over the last two decades. His current passions include, Social Networking, Web 2.0 computing platforms such as Ruby-On-Rails and Mobile Advertising.

  Naresh Talati: Vice President, Co- Founder

Naresh has over 30 years of experience in Telecommunications and IT industries.  He has a great combination of creative & technology talents with keen business acumen. Naresh has 4 years of international business development experience and 10 years of senior technical management experience. Additionally, Naresh has 17 years of experience in design & development of system architecture, software and hardware.  He has successfully led large teams in developing complex switches from ground up. He holds two US patents and has one patent pending for final approval. Naresh has a Masters in Computers & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and B.E. in Electronics/Communications from M.S. University of Baroda.
